Pica Workshop

I’m usually very neat and organized with my design work. There is nothing chaotic about it. The Pica Workshop is a place where I want to get messy, a place where I don’t have to worry about neatness, a place I can work through my process and show my mistakes. I believe there are happy mistakes – a design that takes us in a different direction then we originally thought, and the final piece or pieces along the way are a map of how we got there.

Who is Sherib?

I am a freelance graphic/web designer. I graduated from Emily Carr Insitute in 2002 with my degree in Communication Design. I work out of my home in beautiful British Columbia and although I am surrounded by the gorgeous, natural beauty of my environment I sometimes still find it an effort to stay motivated and inspired. I’m hoping with this “blog in process” to find inspiration from some of my friends while helping them stay focused and inspired as well.
